The purpose of the Contractor Rules & Regulations is to outline the expectations of all Owners, Tenants, Contractors, Subcontractors, Vendors and other service providers that will be working at Willow Oaks. This section will outline responsibilities and define guidelines to assist all parties engaged in work at the property. Our personnel are always available to assist you. Strict adherence to these rules and regulations is necessary to guarantee that everyone will enjoy a safe and undisturbed occupancy of its premises. These rules and regulations, including any exhibits attached hereto and made a part hereof, shall in no way supersede the provisions contained in any tenant’s lease.
